Yikes - white polka dots? That makes it tough. polka dots aren't really the epitome of sexy, though they can be cute. You might just save the tube dress for another occasion and think about something else. . .
Unless you can think of an actress, maybe, who might wear that kind of dress and is real recognizable and you could pull off...
like maybe you could go as Paris Hilton and wear a yellow wig and put a monitor bracelet thing on your ankle and toss fake money all over the place and carry a drivers license that says SUSPENDED across it and pout a lot and drink a lot...
or wear a "bald cap" and be Brittney Spears and carry a baby doll around by the ankle and be loud and say "Let's party!" and stuff like that a lot....
