I am planning for my 18th birthday at the moment and i am trying to find a perfect dress to wear at my party and to also go up town in after. I have seen this dress below and wanted to know what people think whether it is suitable to wear up town or not. A few people have said it may be too over the top to wear to go clubbing in.
