What do I gotta do to tone up obliques? Oh, and eating more of the right food does help if i want to gain more healthyweight on my upper body? My expectations are not to look like a extreme body builder, i just want to look like a typical male athlete by summer, since I am heading to the beach(skinny guy with abs).

you look like you have more of a 32 or 34 in. waist congrats on the 50lbs though! hit the gym for some tone most of the machines show you what muscles they work
