I've got a function coming up and i'm not sure if this dress is appropriate (i.e. too flashy).
the dress is lounge suit for guys, so i assume that means cocktail for girls.

You can never go wrong with a Little Black Dress. The blue may just be a bit too flashy.. Idk just my opinion. Hope it helps.
