How do I pick the right size for an empire waist dress?
My measurements don't match any of those in the sizing chart. Which measurement should I go by (bust, waist, or hips) to choose a size that may fit? According to the chart if I pick a size that fits my bust, the waist will be smaller than my measurements; however the next size up that will fit my waist is way too large in the bust.
i think you would want it to fit your bust. with an empire waist it flairs out so it will be bigger than the measurements.
